Human body is a wonderful creation by nature .It is made up of five elements.

Eather( Aakash)

Air( vayu)

Fire(Agni)

Water( Jal)

Earth( Prithvi)

Any imbalance in these five elements , causes diseases .The reason of imbalance of five elements is junk food , lack of nutrition , lack of exercise ,stress, bad habits like smoking , drinking etc. Over a period of time , due to the above reasons , toxins gets accumulated in body . These impurities disturbs the system of body and results into various diseases like Obesity , Diabetes , Hypertension, Heart problem etc.

Living in harmony with nature and following the natural principles, ensures complete physical health and mental health . Naturopathy is science of well being and it is a way of living .
